Comment: I had a shower that started leaking and I had to turn off the water to it. Everyone I called never showed up or wanted too much to fix it. One guy even took it apart and left to go get parts after paying him $50 and he never came back. I'm 86 years old and on a fixed income so I couldn't pay much and that hurt. I told my daughter I couldn't shower and was washing up in the sink, she said to call these guys, Troy came over and he had it fixed in about 45 minutes, and it works great. The best part was he only charged me $35, and the owner let me pay $20 this month and the rest next month when I get my social security. These guys will be in my prayers this Sunday at church. Thank you, Troy, God will have a special place someday for you.

Comment: I didn't like these guys because I thought they were a little 'stand offish' and were more interested in trying to sell me a roof replacement. I told them I just wanted it patched. Troy said they don't do patch work and to hire someone else. So, I'm going to spend my money elsewhere, you guys lose. ADMINISTRATOR: We're sorry you didn't like our service but what Troy meant was we don't do work to just take money. In your case, your roof is beyond repair and even though there are contractors out there that will take your money, we're not one of them. We will fix it right, if it's repairable we'll repair it. Unfortunately, in your case it's our opinion it is not repairable and needs to be replaced. Good luck and we wish you well.

Comment: What impressed me the most was when these guys came out, they refused to just patch the roof as I wanted. I thought the customer was always supposed to be right? After Troy and Ashton were here, the owner personally came out and talked to me and said that there's lots of contractors that would be more than happy to just take my money, but he's not one of them. I thought about this and decided to call a few references and I was surprised he was right. Nobody complained about their work, and they stood behind what they did. So, I pulled the trigger on these guys and setup payments, I'm glad that I did because it this was the best solution and now, I won't have to worry about replacing/fixing the roof for the rest of my life!

Comment: I had a fire and my insurance company recommended them. Great job, no issues. Thank goodness I used these guys because I was going to use someone else before my agent told me to call these guys. If I would have used who I was going to use, it wouldn't have been insurable because the other contractor wasn't licensed and bonded. Comment: I heard you guys did roofs but when I had another roofing company ************ (redacted) they were about $3k less than you guys. You're too expensive. ADMINISTRATOR: This could be for several reasons, they could be only giving you a 'Proposal', they could be giving you a cheaper shingle, etc. In other words, you might not be comparing Apples to Apples. There are also a few contractors that deliberately give lower estimates then they charge you more for everything else, such as 70¢ per nail on decking, or decking replacement etc. Whereas with us, we don't do that. Also, we have no problem coming back out and taking a re-look and comparing pricing to see ways to save you money. If another company gives you a legitimate quote, we'll match it or beat it. Remember you get what you pay for, and cheaper construction is NOT what you want done at your home. We'll call you and schedule a revisit and see what can be done. It might be they're installing a cheaper IKO shingle.

Comment: I hired another contractor to do my roof and that contractor messed it up. Troy came out and showed me just how screwed up things were. Unfortunately, they had to tear off everything the other contractor did, and this cost me a lot more than just having Troy do it to begin with. Live and learn, if you need roof work done then don't hire anyone else. Thank god they have payment options.

Comment: These guys were great, I just wish they were cheaper. I called around and got 3 estimates and they were more than one and less than another, so I picked them. **Update** Afterwards, I was glad because the cheaper company did my neighbor's house, and their roof is leaking, and they don't return calls. Thank goodness I went with Virgina's because they are bonded and insured and certified roofers.

Comment: I used these guys but didn't like that they started so damn early on the roof. I told Troy I like to sleep in on Sunday and not to start until 10am. However, his crew showed up at 6am and started working. When Troy showed up, he said the weather called for rain and they needed to get it tore off and covered before it rained. It did start raining at noon, but they could have started at 10am, it wasn't raining then, or they should have come back in a day or two. Anyway, the insurance adjuster was happy with the quality of work, and they paid for it. Next time I hire them, I'll just stay at my mother's house so not to be disturbed.

Comment: I didn't want a bunch of illegals working on my roof and dealing with issues if someone got hurt. There seems to be a lot of contractors out there that are cheap and have a large labor force what I think are probably illegals. That's just my opinion and I base that on none of them speaking English. Call me racist or whatever you want, but I had several roofing company's look at what I needed, and I asked to see their workers comp policy and license numbers. I told them that my father-in-law hired someone to do his roof and he got sued because one of the workers got hurt and the contractor had NO insurance. Most of these guys never got back to me or said I didn't need it etc. When Steve came out, he said no problem and the owner called me and gave me the information. I even went to my homeowner's policy company, ********** (redacted), and they verified it was legit. Maybe some people would not care, but not me.
