Comment: What I liked was they wouldn't just ******(redacted) rig it like I asked them to. Troy flat out told me that they don't do that type of work. He said there's a lot of guys out there that will take your money, but they're not going to be around or warrant it etc. I was just trying to save money is all. However, as cost keep going up, I'm sure it won't be any cheaper next year. I was surprised by the number of roofs Troy told me he walks away from because they don't do half-a** (redacted) work. I know one in particular they walked away from, and I see they have *** Roofing (redacted) doing it. It just makes you wonder is all. If I'm going to pay someone then I want the best, if you have cancer wouldn't you want the best surgeon? and not someone that is cheap and just takes your money? Get the best and have it done right is all I can say, and these guys did just that. Thanks guys, oh and PS> I'm a Packers Fan and we still got your number there 'Steve dah Bears' fan worker.

Comment: I hired ******* (redacted) and after 6 months I noticed mold and water leaking. I called these guys, and they were able to fix the leak. However, they told me the prior contractor did not install things correctly. Now I can't afford to have it fixed because I basically wasted all my money on those other clowns. Troy told me his patch won't last as the whole job wasn't properly done. I guess I'll just wait and see if I can make it by this year and have them redo it next year.

Comment: My furnace wasn't working. I called one of the traditional heating places and they looked at it and said it needed a major repair. I called Troy, I've used them in the past and they replaced it for me instead of spending money on endless repairs as the others wanted. No issues and they were able to set me up with an easy payment plan.

Comment: I hired another contractor to do my roof and that contractor messed it up. Troy came out and showed me just how screwed up things were. Unfortunately, they had to tear off everything the other contractor did, and this cost me a lot more than just having Troy do it to begin with. Live and learn, if you need roof work done then don't hire anyone else. Thank god they have payment options.

Comment: I had a fire and my insurance company recommended them. Great job, no issues. Thank goodness I used these guys because I was going to use someone else before my agent told me to call these guys. If I would have used who I was going to use, it wouldn't have been insurable because the other contractor wasn't licensed and bonded. Comment: I didn't want a bunch of illegals working on my roof and dealing with issues if someone got hurt. There seems to be a lot of contractors out there that are cheap and have a large labor force what I think are probably illegals. That's just my opinion and I base that on none of them speaking English. Call me racist or whatever you want, but I had several roofing company's look at what I needed, and I asked to see their workers comp policy and license numbers. I told them that my father-in-law hired someone to do his roof and he got sued because one of the workers got hurt and the contractor had NO insurance. Most of these guys never got back to me or said I didn't need it etc. When Steve came out, he said no problem and the owner called me and gave me the information. I even went to my homeowner's policy company, ********** (redacted), and they verified it was legit. Maybe some people would not care, but not me.

Comment: I had a roof leak and had several guys come out and look at it and they all quoted me replacing it. Ashton and Steve looked at it and said it was repairable. A lot of contractors just want to sell you on a new roof, but these guys patched it and gave me 10yr warranty and it was 75% cheaper than replacing it.
