Comment: My mother lives in our old home and I'm states away and since my dad past she really doesn't have anyone to help her out. Eventually, she'll need to move to an assisted living facility, but until then she likes her independent life with her little dog. She's active in her Church and was getting some 'supposedly good Christians' to help her. I suspected she was possibly being taken advantage of, so I had these guys come check on a few things and I was glad I did. They took care of all her issues and charged me less than what those 'supposed Christians' wanted. Also, when talking with the owner, he was very understanding and even offered to stop by and check on mom if I ever had any worries. I thought that was nice to know. It's nice that there are still honest people helping others out of the kindness of their heart.

Comment: When I noticed the leak, I contacted Virginia’s Roofing. They immediately sent out Troy and Ashton, who thoroughly evaluated our roof. Ashton's expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start. Troy worked seamlessly with our insurance adjuster to ensure a fair quote for the necessary repairs. Their transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction stood out. The owner, Tim, personally inspected the completed work. His dedication to maintaining high standards reassured us that we made the right choice. Tim’s military background added an extra layer of trust. His Ex-Air Force and I'm Navy, so I liked that!

Comment: My dumb a** was out BBQing on the back deck and had the grill to close to the siding and went inside prepping the chicken and when I came out, the grill had melted the siding. Was I pissed at myself, and sick to my stomach. My husband was pissed, so we called and talked with Troy, and he came out and looked at it and told me it wasn't really that bad, but it would just take some time to fix it, more labor than parts. Troy worked with my insurance and got some of it covered and impressed my husband. I came home yesterday from work and was surprised it was all fixed. If I didn't know any better, I wouldn't even know there had been a problem. There's just a slight color difference and Troy told me that once the sun works on it, it will fade and probably match 100%. So, no more BBQ grills next to the house because my husband had Troy build me a beautiful BBQ area with a concrete pad and kitchen counter area which was his little surprise to me.

Thank goodness I used these guys because I was going to use someone else before my agent told me to call these guys. If I would have used who I was going to use, it wouldn't have been insurable because the other contractor wasn't licensed and bonded. Comment: I didn't use these guys for my roof, they were a few thousand more than another guy. I should have known; you get what you pay for. My insurance company would NOT pay for the work that was done and suggested I call Troy. He has me now on their schedule and will be using their payment plan to get my roof fixed; hopefully they can get me fixed up before I have any more problems. Anyone wanting work done, be careful there's a lot of shady contractors out there taking your money. Don't do like I did, cheap isn't what you want when someone is doing work for you.

Comment: Don't hire anyone else, these guys are the bomb! They are locally owned and operated by an ex-Air Force and Army guy. I love supporting Vet's they served our Country and I like that. I like they're locally owned and warrant their work. They're not some flyby night 'Chuck in a truck' company. Professional and just what you want, you will not go wrong.

Comment: Used these guys a few times, never had any problems. They're probably one of the best in the area. They're often busy, so sometimes they have to schedule things, but I've never had any problems. If it's an emergency, they'll get right here like when my water heater stopped working.
